Being grateful means appreciating what you have as opposed to what you do not have. Sometimes staying grateful is easier said than done, especially when things are not going as planned. In trial times we are tempted to think we have nothing to be grateful for. Well!, thats a lie. The fact that you are alive is enough reason to be grateful.
No human is 100% free from challangs. We all encounter difficulties at some point in our lives. Dont let challenges rob you of your joy.
It is advisable one maintains an attitude of gratitude even during trial times. You become grateful when you quit complaining, practice mindfulness, show love to people, remain positive and kind to yourself.
Showing gratitude at all times is mandatory as it can improve your quality of sleep, make you feel happier, keep you calm during adversity, helps you build strong relationships and improve your health.
“Gratitude will shift you to a higher frequency, and you will attract much better things.” – Rhoda Byrne –
