Here are some healthy habits to learn about eating better, exercising and having an overall healthy lifestyle.
- Engage often in physical activities: These activities benefit both the body and mind. It helps to keep our weight in control, fights chronic disease and reduces stress. Examples are; brisk walking, using the stairs instead of elevators, hiking, taking a dance break, rock climbing etc.
- Learn to forgive. Do not hold grudges against anyone.
- Eat healthy. Have a breakfast, drink plenty of water, plan your meals, eat fruits, drink healthy smoothies etc.
- Check your health status regularly. Irrespective of how you feel go for annual medical check-up, eye check-up etc.
- Observe adequate sleep.

- Learn to quiet your mind. Avoid worries and stay in the present.
