What is your early morning routine like? Try the following for a more productive day.

  • Be an early riser
  • Drink a glass of water when you wake
  • Pray and say positive affirmations
  • Have a plan for the day
  • Tackle your hardest daily\ weekly task first.
  • Watch something funny daily
  • Do not compare yourself to others
  • Positively interpret your negative experiences
  • Contact a love one
  • Remain grateful
  • Sleep at least 8 hours a day.
